INKOM, Idaho -- The Idaho State Police says a 29-year-old Chubbuck man was killed and a woman seriously injured in a motorcycle crash in southeastern Idaho.
The ISP says Christopher G. Matthews lost control of his 2003 Harley Davidson motorcycle on Hoot Owl Road just north of Inkom at about 7:30 p.m. Thursday. The motorcycle went off the road and collided with a fence. Matthews died at the scene.
His passenger, 24-year-old Shannon Cozzens of Wyoming, was taken to a Pocatello hospital with severe injuries.
The ISP says neither Matthews nor Cozzens was wearing a helmet.
