NAMPA - A Nampa man is dead after his motorcycle hit the back of a car.
It happened on Franklin Rd. near Ward St. in Meridian at 2:35 p.m. Sunday. Meridian Police say Rocky Pickett, 39 was on his motorcycle when he hit the back of the stopped car.
Paramedics took him to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise where he died Monday morning.
Meridian Police say Pickett was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident. An investigation is underway, but no charges have been filed.
