BOISE -- A man accused of shooting at two cars on Interstate 84 earlier this year has now been indicted on multiple federal charges.
In October, Idaho State Police arrested Lajai Pridgette after they said he had shot and damaged a car near the Boise Factory Outlets and a pickup near Mountain Home.
No one was hurt.
This week, a federal grand jury indicted Pridgette on four counts.
- Possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
- Transportation of a Stolen 2013 Mustang from California.
- Two counts of possessing counterfeit credit cards and equipment to make counterfeit cards.
If convicted of all federal counts, he faces up to 45 years in prison.
Pridgette is currently in jail in Ada County, where he also faces another seven related felony charges.
