BOISE -- A car show to help a young boy battling cancer was put on at J's Ultimate Hand Car Wash on Saturday.

Car clubs came together to show off their rides, and raise money for Garrett Eberhard. Eberhard is an 8-year-old Meridian boy who was diagnosed with bone cancer in June, and has a long list of procedures ahead of him.

"He's just recently finished the first round of chemotherapy, and he's going to be having surgery to save his arm," said Jason Smullin, owner of the car wash. "We're raising some money to help him and his family."

Eberhard's family has also set up a website to update people on his status and upcoming events. To see the website, click here.
