KIMBERLY, Idaho -- A Kimberly man who police in south-central Idaho say pointed a rifle at a couple after being scolded for being outside in his underwear in front of the couple's daughters has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

The Times-News reports that David L. Crumrine was taken into custody Thursday and was being held at the Twin Falls County Jail on $25,000 bail.

Police say after being told he wasn't dressed appropriately, Crumrine went to his home and came back out wearing shorts. Police say he then took a .22-caliber rifle from his vehicle and pointed it at the couple and attempted to get his dogs to attack the couple.
