ELMORE COUNTY -- An area closure for the South Fork Boise River corridor is in effect because of the Kelley Fire that's burning southwest of the Baumgartner Campground area.
Elmore County Sheriff's office issued pre-evacuation notices for residents and campers from Willow Creek to Skelton Creek.
The Kelley Fire started Saturday after a thunderstorm moved across the Fairfield Ranger District. It's now estimated at 250 acres in size.
120 firefighters are battling the fire, with air support from three helicopters, single-engine air tankers and a Canadian aircraft.
LITTLE QUEENS FIRE
The Little Queens Fire has burned more than 23,000 acres near the small town of Atlanta.
Elmore County officials said the town will open for residents only at 10 a.m. on Wednesday. They're expected to be escorted in.
Residents that would like to be escorted into town are asked to meet at Rocky Bar or James Creek Road, with proof of residency. The sheriff's office is also advising people to prepare to stay for a few days.
As for the general public, Atlanta and Middle Fork Road are still closed.
BEAVER CREEK FIRE
The large Beaver Creek Fire in Blaine County is expected to have full containment by Saturday.
The fire has burned 111,408 acres and is 92-percent contained. 654 firefighters continue working to get rid of burning and hazardous material, as well as to rehabilitate damaged areas.
A public meeting for the Beaver Creek Fire is planned for 7 p.m. on Tuesday night, at the Church of the Big Wood in Ketchum.
They're expected to have a second meeting Wednesday night at the Community Center in Hailey.
