BOISE -- The court date for the Eagle man charged in a deadly crash has been pushed back until December 10.

Andrew Cassell, 25, is accused of being drunk when he crashed into a power pole on State Street earlier this month.

Cassell was formally charged two weeks ago with vehicular manslaughter.

Prosecutors say he admitted to drinking and his blood alcohol level was measured at .14.

His passenger, 21-year-old Aldina Ekic, died in the crash.

On Monday, the judge denied Cassell's motion for a bond reduction.

Cassell remains in the Ada County Jail with bond set at $75,000.
