POCATELLO -- A nurse at the Bannock County Jail in eastern Idaho who authorities say stole medication intended for inmates and substituted less potent medication has been charged with four felonies.

Thirty-nine-year-old Margaret Robinson Kirby was charged in sixth District Court with two counts of obtaining a controlled substance by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, deception or subterfuge, and two counts of adulterating a drug.
