NAMPA -- After almost a year and a half of construction work, all lanes of Interstate 84 between the Franklin and Garrity interchanges in Nampa are open.
The project to widen two miles of I-84 began in July 2010. According to the Idaho Transportation department, the project is wrapping up nearly three months ahead of schedule.
ITD said drivers should still expect to see some minor construction activity like roadside sign installation and utility work.
