Hwy 75 closed due to Halstead Fire
BOISE -- The Idaho Department of Transportation and Idaho State Police have closed Highway 75 Wednesday night, at the recommendation from Halstead Fire managers.
The highway is closed from Lower Stanley, at mile marker 192 to Gardner Greek at mile marker 206.
ISP and Custer County Sheriff are clearing traffic from the area.
Officials say depending on the fire activity, local traffic may be allowed with a pilot car escort.
The highway will remain closed until further notice.
