p>KIMBERLY -- Idaho Fish and Game officials say they're investigating after two mule deer bucks were poached and left to waste near Twin Falls.

Senior Conservation Officer Jim Stirling says poaching is a recurring problem, and there's evidence that the poachers in this case planned to take parts of the deer but got scared and left the whole animal to waste.

The deer were shot in the South Hills region last week.

Stirling says anyone with information about the poaching case is asked to call local law enforcement.
