SUN VALLEY , Idaho -- Sun Valley was buzzing this weekend over a rare appearance by members of America's first family.
Eleven-year-old Sasha and her 14-year-old sister Malia Obama made a quick spring break to Sun Valley along with friends with Idaho ties.
Locals said they fit right into the Sun Valley lifestyle - eating out at a Ketchum sushi restaurant, taking a few turns on Baldy, and touring the newly remodeled Sun Valley Mall.
They were just kids on spring break being kids (with a handful of secret service agents watching and guarding their every move).
"The girls were throughout the community all week and just people were saying hi to them and they were excited to be here," said Jack Sibbach with the Sun Valley Company.
The girls left Friday afternoon on a commercial flight back to Washington where they celebrated the Easter weekend with mom and dad.
