EAGLE -- A semi trailer was destroyed by fire near Eagle Sunday night.
The fire was reported just after 8:30 p.m. on the 6400 block of Beacon Light Road.
According to Ada County dispatchers, the truck was fully engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived.
A nearby garage was threatened for a time, but firefighters were able to keep the flames from spreading to the building, dispatchers said.
The cause of the fire isn't yet known.
