BOISE -- The final defendant in a large meth trafficking conspiracy has been convicted and will spend at least 10 years in prison.
This was part of a multi-agency drug trafficking investigation last year known as "Operation Flamethrower".
A federal jury convicted 20-year-old Victor Chavez Garcia, Friday, for conspiracy to distribute meth and using a communication facility to traffic.
A total of another 20 defendants have pleaded guilty in this case, some in federal court, others in Canyon County.
