NAMPA -- An annual event at the Warhawk Air Museum in Nampa brought together some rare planes.
It's a two day event called "Fighter Round-Up."
This year the museum is highlighting the P-38 Lightning and the P-40 Warhawks.
There are only five planes in the world of each model.
"The odds of having those two together in any one ramp anywhere in the world are extremely rare. So to have all these air planes here in Nampa and being able to view them in their environment, which is the sky, is very rare and I'm so pleased so many people are coming out to appreciate it." said John-Curtiss Paul with the Warhawk Air Museum
The planes flew until 4:00 p.m. Saturday and will be back in the air again Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
