BOISE -- The Boise Towne Plaza shopping center is likely getting a big name retailer.
A 37,000 square-foot Nordstrom Rack plans to move in near Old Navy and is expected to open in the spring of 2012.
Nordstrom Rack is an outlet store of the Seattle-based retail company Nordstrom, Inc. The store features merchandise formerly featured at the main Nordstrom store at discounted prices.
"We are very excited about bringing a Nordstrom Rack to Boise," Geevy Thomas, president of Nordstrom Rack said in a prepared statement. "We are fortunate to have many longtime customers of Idaho and we are thrilled to be moving forward with a store.
Boise Towne Plaza is part of Boise Towne Square Mall - which currently has more than 180 stores and restaurants.
