KETCHUM -- An 18-year-old central Idaho man who police say sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl while free on bond for an alleged assault on a different 14-year-old girl has pleaded not guilty.

The Idaho Mountain Express reports that Mark Allen Karlovich made the plea last week in 5th District Court.

Karlovich was being held in the Blaine County jail on $250,000 bond.

Police say Karlovich assaulted the second 14-year-old at her home in late December.

At the time he was free on a $3,000 bond from an earlier rape case involving the other 14-year-old.

Police say that assault took place at Karlovich's home in October.

Karlovich has been enrolled as a senior at Wood River High School. It's unclear if he remains a student as the Blaine County School District doesn't release disciplinary decisions.
