BOISE -- A District Court judge in Canyon County has pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.

The Idaho Press-Tribune reports retiring 3rd District Judge Renae Hoff entered her plea Tuesday. She was arrested on Aug. 25 after an officer spotted her vehicle weaving on the road in Meridian.

Court records say Hoff's blood-alcohol level was 0.116, over the legal limit of 0.08.

Hoff has announced she will retire as judge on Jan. 4.
