CALDWELL -- Canyon County Prosecutor John Bujak calls it "one of the worst cases" of child abuse he's ever seen.
A Caldwell man accused in the case pleaded guilty Friday to two counts of felony injury to a child.
Prosecutors say 35-year-old Kekoa Guanavinaka admitted to striking two of his children with a stick and a curtain rod leaving bruises on the children, as well as pulling their ears and slapping them in the face.
An investigation into the abuse began earlier this year.
Prosecutors say Guanavinaka's children revealed physical and sexual abuse, as well as torture to investigators.
Guanavinaka will be sentenced on February 11. He remains in jail on $500,000 bond.
