Man drives under the influence leaves accident scene
BOISE -- A Boise man is accused of drinking and driving and fleeing the scene of an accident early Sunday morning, after witnesses say he hit someone with his car.
33-year-old Andrew Captcha was stopped by police at Front and 10th Street after a Boise Police Detective saw him strike a person in the crosswalk.
The victim received what appeared to be non-life threatening injuries at the time.
Captcha failed several field sobriety tests.
He was charged with Leaving the Scene of an Injury Accident and Driving Under the Influence.
