BOISE -- Two Boise parents are in jail accused of using drugs in front of their small children.
Boise Police arrested Patrick and Nickie Villet Monday afternoon after they went to their house on Grover Street to conduct a welfare check.
Police say when officers arrived at the home, they found a pipe with meth residue and marijuana smoking implements within easy reach of the couple's small children.
The suspects are charged with injury to a child and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Their children are now in the custody of the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.
