BOISE -- At the Idaho Statehouse Tuesday, a new bill was introduced that would stop Idaho from observing daylight saving time.

Eight legislative co-sponsors are backing the bill that would keep Idaho in Mountain Standard Time throughout the year.

They would like to see this take effect on and after January 1st of next year.
