SHOSHONE -- A judge has moved the trial of a woman accused in the attempted murder of her former father-in-law to Jerome amid concerns of community bias in Shoshone.
The Times-News reports 5th District Judge John Butler ordered the change last week at Traci Hadden's request.
Shoshone businessman Craig Hadden was standing outside his home April 1 when he was shot four times. He survived his injuries.
Traci Hadden is charged with aiding and abetting attempted first-degree murder and grand theft by possession.
Her 15-year-old son, Blue Hadden, is charged with accessory to commit a felony and grand theft by possession.
The boy's friend, 16-year-old MichaelCannon, is charged with attempted first-degree murder.
Police say Cannon shot Craig Hadden and that Blue Hadden helped him dispose of evidence and stole his grandfather's ATV.
