Boise -- A new owner is breathing life back into the former Angell's Bar and Grill in Boise, which originally closed at the beginning of the year.
The new owner, Russell Dawe, a long time Boise resident who recently moved back to the area with family, said he loved Angell's and didn't want to see it go away.
That's why he named it Angell's Bar & Grill Renato, which means reborn.
He's also planning to keep some of the classic Angell's menu items with the introduction of some new items.
"Most of the patrons that come here are like me, it has a soft spot in our hearts. And it has a great following so we're just going to keep it as Angell's and just threw in Renato, cause many people know, it's just been reborn," said Dawe.
Dawe says he's planning to open the bar July 12, and is going to incorporate music on the lawn Thursdays and Fridays.
They are currently hiring for food and cocktail servers, those who are interested should email email@example.com.
