BOISE -- Transportation Security Administration officers at the Boise Airport found two unloaded guns this week during a screening of carry-on bags.
The .32 caliber and .9 millimeter pistols were in a bag belonging to a man traveling to Phoenix.
Boise Airport Police took the guns, and the man was allowed to continue on to his flight.
Guns are allowed to be transported in checked baggage, but they have to be unloaded, and stored in a locked, hard-sided container and declared during the ticket counter check-in process.
