Labor grant to help disabled youth find jobs

BOISE - The Idaho Department of Labor has received a federal grant to help disabled youths find employment.

The $2.5 million grant from the U.S. Department of Labor will be used to provide more training and build community partnerships to help people transition from school to employment.

New programs will be designed to help those 14 to 24 years old.

Six states were awarded nearly $15 million.
