BOISE -- The location for the Idaho Police K9 Memorial is still in limbo.

On Monday night, the Idaho Peace Officers' Memorial Board decided to reverse their previous decision, which said the K9 Memorial could not be built next to the Peace Officers' Memorial in Meridian.

KTVB's original post incorrectly stated the board agreed on the new location, next to the Peace Officers' Memorial in Meridian.

According to Joe Andreoli, the BPD/FOP President, on Monday night the board said they agreed to work with the them in an attempt to come to an agreement.

Andreoli says discussions won't begin until after the Peace Officers' Memorial and no timeline has been announced.
