What is VoIP?
There is a lot of talk about Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phone systems right now, but I have found there is still some confusion about VoIP, and so I thought I’d answer some of those questions here.

VoIP technology uses an Internet connection to provide phone services.  VoIP phone services provide to the user all the features they are accustomed to in traditional or analog phone services.
