Kids in the kitchen: Summer sunrise juice blend

The kids are out of school for the summer. Keep their little hands busy in the kitchen!

Pairing orange with carrots and fresh ginger is a match made in heaven nutritionally and aesthetically. All three come together in this addictive beverage, complementing each other with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory plant compounds to boot!

Directions:
