Grilled Prime Bone-In Filet with Bleu Cheese Crust

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ea 16 oz Bone-In Filet
  •  1 tsp Sea Salt
  •  1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Salted Butter
  • Bleu Cheese Crust
  •  ½ lb. Bleu Cheese Crumbles
  •  1 cup Japanese Bread Crumbs
  •  1 Tbsp. Roasted Garlic
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream

PROCESS
1. Heat grill for 10 minutes
2. Season grates with oil to avoid meat sticking
3. Place Bone-In Filet on grill and do not move for 4 minutes
4. Turn Bone-In Filet over and do not move for another 4 minutes
5. Add Bleu Cheese Crust to top of steak and melt cheese.
6. Remove from grill
7. Slice and enjoy.
