Gluten Free, Dairy Free, & Grain Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS

2 cups almond flour
¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon baking soda

1-teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup honey

¼ cup coconut oil
¾ cup chocolate chips

METHOD

Preheat oven to 350. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, salt, and baking soda. After mixing, make a well in center and add vanilla and honey. Incorporate into flour mix. Add coconut oil. With a pastry knife or a couple of forks, cut in the coconut oil until the mix forms a dough. Fold in the chocolate chips. With a tablespoon measure, scoop out dough onto lined baking sheet. Bake for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Remove cookies and cool. Makes a little over 2 dozen cookies. These cookies can be frozen.
