Scallops with Asian Glaze


  • 4 each scallops
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Asian Glaze

  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 oz. diced Ginger
  • 1/8 cup Sesame Oil
  • ½ tsp. Red Pepper Flakes

Vegetable Slaw

  • Napa Cabbage
  • Shredded Carrot
  • Julienne Red Peppers
  • Garlic Butter


  1. Season both sides of scallops and sear on the flat top.
  2. Place vegetables in a pie tin with butter and warm on the flat top.
  3. When vegetables are cooked through, place on plate.
  4. When scallops are cooked through, place them on top of vegetables.
  5. Drizzle the Asian Glaze over the top of scallops.
