BOISE -- A federal grand jury in Pocatello has indicted an eastern Idaho woman for passing phony checks worth more than $1,300 at a casino on the Fort Hall Reservation.
The indictment accuses 25-year-old Tiffany Horning of Terreton of possessing and forging two counterfeit checks in May 2010 at the Sage Hill Casino. The checks cashed at the casino were in the
amount of $1,345.
Horning faces up to ten years in prison, a fine up to $250,000 and three years of supervised release.
