BOISE – A citizen tip and the work of Boise Police helped send two suspected drug dealers to jail Tuesday night.
Boise Police Patrol Officers obtained a search warrant for a suspected drug house yesterday. Officers served the search warrant at 11:30 p.m. at a home on the 200 block of North 23rd.
In the residence, officers recovered 3.5 pounds of mushrooms, several ounces of marijuana, more than one ounce of ecstasy, a small amount of meth and 14 grams of cocaine.
Officers arrested Travelon R. Kelly, 34, of Portland, Oregon and Jarred L. Butler, 26, of St. Mary’s, under several felony charges, including intent to deliver on the various drugs found in the residence. Officers have evidence that Kelly and Butler had been involved in the sale of drugs at the residence.
The two suspects were transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on charges. Officers also cited three additional suspects from Boise for frequenting a place where drugs are used or sold.
