BOISE -- A second wolf hunting zone is closed for the season.
Hunters reached the limit of 15 wolves in the McCall-Weiser zone in west-central Idaho.
The first zone to close was the Upper Snake wolf zone which reached its hunter harvest limit on Nov. 2.
Idaho Fish and Game wants to remind hunters to check the harvest limit in zones they intend to hunt.
While some zones are close to the limit, others are far from it.
So far, 97 wolves have been killed statewide. The limit is 220.
