ELMORE COUNTY -- Two men who did not return from a hunting trip Monday have been found safe.
Search and rescue crews resumed their search this morning for two missing hunters.
Elmore County dispatch says three men were hunting in the Granite Creek area near Pine and Featherville.
One of the hunters called for help when the other two did not return to camp.
Eight search and rescue crews used ATVs to search for the two men until about midnight Tuesday.
The search was then called off because it was too dark and they were lacking the proper equipment.
Dispatch told NewsChannel 7 the hunters are experienced, but they are from Kansas and are unfamiliar with the area.
The men walked out on their own around 9 this morning.
