It's been ten years since the Vandals beat the Broncos -- and they are on their way to Boise seeking revenge.

The stands sure to be packed with fans from both sides of the rivalry.

Here is everything you need to know if you plan to attend or watch the game Saturday.

Game kickoff is at 1:35 p.m. (MST). The game will be televised on ESPNU, but KTVB will host a special pre-game show beginning at Noon on Saturday.

Following the game, tune back into KTVB for post-game coverage.

Parking

The Bronco Stadium parking lot will open at 8:00 a.m. for reserved parking and tailgating.

Police officers will be on patrol looking for illegally parked vehicles and those that pose a safety hazard.

Be sure not to block sidewalks, crosswalks and fire hydrants.
Also, don't park too close to intersections or stop signs.

Shuttles

If you would like to avoid parking altogether, free shuttles will be available to take you to and from the game from certain locations around downtown Boise.

A shuttle will pick fans up and drop them off at the following locations:

  • 8th and Main
  • 8th and Broad
  • Grove and 6th

The shuttle will be waiting at the east side of the stadium following the game to bring fans back to where they were picked up.

The shuttle runs every 15 minutes for two hours prior to BSU football games and will run immediately after the game for one hour.

For the big rivalry game, Bronco fans are encouraged to "bleed blue" for a blue-out at Bronco Stadium Saturday.

Where to watch

If you didn't get tickets to the game, there are plenty of ways for you to still watch.

It will air on ESPNU.

And the "Game day lounge" at Taco Bell Arena will also be open.

The doors open at 1 p.m., and you can bring the entire family to watch the game on a giant screen for free.

You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks, but no alcohol is allowed at this family friendly event.

Circle Walk of Champions

There are a few special events happening at this game that don't happen at the others.

A Circle Walk of Champions and pre-game pep rally will get Bronco fans in game-mode.

The walk will begin at 10:25 a.m. with the Keith Stein Blue Thunder Marching Band leading the way.

The football team will follow.

They will march from the Student Union Building to the Football Center.

Fans are encouraged to join in the fun and line up along Bronco Circle on the Allen Noble Hall of Fame Plaza.

Hunger walk 2009

While feeding the rivalry with team colors and support, fans can also help to feed those in need by bringing a canned food item to donate.

Collection bins will be set up at each stadium entrance.

All donations will benefit The Idaho Foodbank, The Salvation Army and The Boise Rescue Mission.
