BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Police say a man who was stabbed several times in southwestern Idaho on Christmas Eve was treated and released from a local hospital.
Caldwell police say the stabbing was reported at about 5 p.m. on Thursday at a Caldwell residence, after an argument between the victim and two other men.
Police say the victim offered the two men a job -- which then turned into a proposition for sex.
Police arrested Axel Baumgartner and said they had enough probable cause to charge him with aggravated battery.
The victim was treated at a hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
