An Idaho Falls man has admitted to stabbing a 20-year-old man to death over a missing iPod and camera.

Twenty-year-old Steven Richard Mitchell pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in a Bonneville County Monday.

Mitchell told the judge that he stabbed Ryan Dyer several times on June 6, 2009, during a confrontation over the missing equipment.

Mitchell will be sentenced in January. He faces life in prison.
