NAMPA -- The Idaho Attorney General's office has some strong words for educators at Nampa Classical Academy.

The AG's office says it won't back down from pursuing information about the charter school's possible use of the Bible despite the threat of a lawsuit by a religious liberty group.

The school is defying a commission order to turn over information about its possible use of the Bible and other religious texts.
