BOISE - A toddler is dead after he stopped breathing while napping last week in Twin Falls.

The child's babysitter went to check on him Wednesday afternoon and said he was not breathing.

The boy was taken to St. Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center, and later to St. Luke's Children's Hospital in Boise where he died.

An autopsy is being performed, but officials now say it does not appear there is anything suspicious involved, and do not expect to file charges.
