BOISE -- A Boise teenager accused of setting his family's home is due back in court Thursday.
Matthew Abramowski was 15 when Ada County prosecutors charged him as an adult with first-degree arson in April.
Court documents say he suffers from a form of autism, major depression and other behaviorial disorders.
Last week, a judge determined that Abramowski was competent to stand trial.
But because of age, maturity level and apparent communication deficiencies the legal process will be slowed.
