Select Services

• Select Services was established by MultiCare to meet the needs of clients and families who desire care that is specifically tailored to their unique situations. Services can vary from basic care to coordination of social obligations & home management in your home or while you travel.
• MultiCare's Select Services are our signature private duty service, designed for the discriminating client. The Select Service caters to the special care requests of it's clientele. One of the distinguishing features of this program is the higher level of administrative involvement, whether for problem solving or communication with family members.
• MultiCare also provides assistance to family members who live out of state for coordination of Select Services.
• Each caregiver is selected based on a match of their skills and personality, and are closely supervised to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
• All personnel are carefully screened including fingerprinting and extensive background checks by outside agencies, in addition to pre-employment & random drug screening. Additional specialty training is provided as required.
• As with all MultiCare services, quality of care, confidentiality, trust and dependability are our primary concerns.
• Regular communication with family members or Trust Officers is ongoing (if desired) to ensure the highest quality of service.
• Select Services are specially tailored for people who need personalized assistance with a chronic health condition that limits their independence.
• Select Services are uniquely client and family focused with special attention given to every request and detail.
