Personal Care Services

All care is provided by experienced, qualified and caring staff. Our goal is to assist our clients to live independently in the comfort of their own home. All services are available on a temporary or regular basis & are based on the client's needs.

Case Management
A Care Coordinator is assigned to each client to ensure the continuity of overall care planning for all services, assistance in accessing community services, communication with family members (if requested) and care coordination of all our services to meet the clients changing needs (including Home Health).

Personal Care
Experienced home care aides & companions assists with bathing, grooming, meal preparation and other household tasks as requested by the client in their plan of care.

Chore Services
Homemakers and Companions assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, respite care and other tasks to help you or your family.

Select Services
Private duty home care services, specifically tailored to unique individual needs of our discriminating clients. Services include a higher level of administative oversight, assistance with social obligations and home management, in addition to customized health care services. Other
MultiCare staff and employees adhere to a strict code of ethics and confidentiality in all aspects of home care and business practices. All services of MultiCare are provided by a thoroughly screened, caring and experienced staff. Employees are trained in all aspects of home care and the special needs of each patient we care for. Care is available according to individual needs: home visits, hourly shifts, travel assistance and private duty care 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The initial home care needs assessment is available at not charge. Patients, families, physicians and caring friends can call, write or email us for more information.
