Milo was originally an emergency foster puppy from the Paul, ID dilapidated shelter. Meridian Animal shelter heard about Milo about to be euthanized the next day and sent an urgent email out to potential fosters. We volunteered and got Milo one day prior to scheduled euthanization due to lack of shelter space. Milo was very sick, come to find out he had Parvo, the number one shelter dog killing virus. After 2 weeks of isolation at a local vet, he beat the virus and came home us, we fell so madly in love that we adopted him and gave him a forever home. He's the most appreciative dog and still today 1.5 years later, he knows we saved him. He's our "some kind of wonderful".
