at first glance it looked just like a pile of leaves in the bush at a nearby boise park, but upon closer inspection it was thousands upon thousands of honey bees, being a little leary as i am deathly allergic to bees i approached to find one of the most cool things in nature i had every seen. there was no hive just thousands of honey bees on top of thousand more bees all protecting the queen bee. the bee swarm had pulled in as they made their migration to a warmer climate. they stayed only a couple days, the only thing left after they left was a couple of honey bees.
