Rusty and his owners have been visiting from St. Louis for the holidays. On Monday Rusty got out through an open gate around 2:30 P.M. as the temp was hovering around 8 degrees. He hasn't been turned in to the humane society and nobody has responded to flyers left in mailboxes in the neighborhood around Gossett Pl. near Emerald and Cole RD.
