We have been fishing up at Robie Creek all summer, went back up there and hiked around the reservoir and came upon 3 helicopters flying in and scooping up water about every 10 minutes. watched them fly in line waiting till one scooped up water then the next one would drop down and scoop up water, very organized. 11am-12noon 9/18/2012 location on map 43.621226, -116.002070
