Driving home down Meridian Road. We could see these lights from Lake Hazel & Meridian Road. First it was a row of 4 orange lights, then 3 lights.. As we got out on Kuna Road heading East to Stroebel. We saw 2 rows of 4 lights.. We drove to see what it was and as we got closer to where it looked like it was it got further. Saw it flash then the lights were gone. This was hovering in the air. At first I thought it was those bright spotlights but these were orange and it was not the prison lights.
