When I reached the intersection of Federal Way and Highway 21, I was confronted with a lot of water over the roadway. I went through it, into the parking lot and saw a fire truck and watercrewman trying to shut off the water. You could see the water coming out of the ground near where they were standing. The water covered the parking lot, so noone could get to Sunrise Cafe. Even getting through the driveway at Jack in the Box had a little water. I am not exactly sure what happened, but it looks like there will be some businesses without water as well as construction to fix the problem.
